Also, we heard good things about Luther and your dealership from others. We found everyone at NCF to be helpful but not pushy, and appreciated Matt Stockey's (Sales) helpfulness when we wanted to test drive vehicles, had questions and needed pricing and options information. We looked at other vehicles, but really like the Ford Edge, so it came down to quality, ride, options, warranty, fuel economy, pricing, trade-in value and service. We like the Luther Fair Market Pricing policy. Matt was very attentive to our questions and the type of vehicle and options that worked best for us. We appreciate the courtesy, respect, helpfulness and friendliness and professionalism of everyone from sales, service, finance, etc. Overall they made our purchase of a new 2018 Ford Edge SEL AWD as pleasant and stress free as possible. I had a recent major health event and am still recovering, so we appreciated the low key approach and the fact that we could do relatively stress free one-stop shopping. We're enjoying our brand new vehicle and will look forward to a pleasant service experience in the future! More
