The process can take irritably long, but Jake kept me informed every step of the way. This is my second lease from here and I will continue to come back. The service department is friendly and takes care of you as well. Only four stars because I felt a little awkward in the beginning. Making an appointment and showing up at my appointment then being passed on to someone else because they had another appointment coming in. I knew I always wanted a Jeep, other than that I have no inscentive (I come from a Ford family) I don’t get any major discount I go because I love the product. Buying a car is like buying a lifestyle. In the end I got the car I wanted and am enjoying every mile of it. Thank you Jake and Dick Scott Dodge crew! More

Simple check up turned into them having my Jeep for a month. I went in for an oil change and check up. Ended up being a transition adjustment.
