After the final sale Robert and Jalen told me to give high marks in this survey! Bad customer service all around! I would not recommend your dealership with this type of customer type dishonesty. Not only is her name cool and very-on brand, but y’all… she does not play. You tell her what you want, and she will deliver. She’s thorough, empathetic, and professional. She got me and my family in and out with our new Wrangler within an hour, and that included signing with finance. The team also answered all my questions about the features of our Wrangler and showed me how to adjust the top - it’s our first! Manager came out to check on us and made sure we had a 5-star experience. This place takes the cake for the best dealership experience I’ve EVER had. The Jeep experience has redeemed itself - thank you Sam & team @ San Antonio Jeep! More
