Misleading information about my problem turned into more misinformation at the time of pick up. Issue was not resolved, actually got worse after service. Manager staff was mostly rude, except for one lady. misinformation at the time of pick up. Issue was not resolved, actually got worse after service. Manager staff was mostly rude, except for one lady. Advisor staff lacked necessary knowledge, gave inaccurate timeframe. I would avoid taking my vehicle here. Poor experience from beginning to end.
