Scheduled an oil change for 8:30am. Car wasn’t touched until 9am. Service tech Launi offered to inspect car since it was due in October. Inspection was suppose to be completed in 15-20 Car wasn’t touched until 9am. Service tech Launi offered to inspect car since it was due in October. Inspection was suppose to be completed in 15-20 minutes since I had to be at work. However, car wasn’t completed until 10:20am making me late for work. There seems to be a lot of people working behind the service desk but only certain people can complete paperwork and I had to stand there for 10 minutes and wait until Lauri was done on the phone while multiple other workers including the cashier just sat around. Seems it would be more efficient if cashier could get the papers from printer & staple them together since she took my payment and that is all Launi did. More

Courteous and competent. We went for a complimentary oil change and waited quite a while but that is because of Covid I am sure.
