Not satisfied. Last year I brought it in for inspection, the a/c did not work. I told them before the inspection was due and they said they would fix it when they Last year I brought it in for inspection, the a/c did not work. However, by that time it was not covered, my car today has 16,800 miles and I brought it in yesterday and they said it needed brakes and that was not covered. I wonder if you guarantee is just a hype. I have other cars and my chevy has 24 thousand miles and still does not need brakes. Service told me that they were surprised it lasted for the 16,800 miles that was a long time. I will have think twice about purchasing another Hyundai or believing your wonderful guarantee. More

Maybe the best service department I’ve ever experienced. After having my concerns ignored and blown off by the Stroudsburg dealership, Dickson City Hyundai came through. I was adding oil to my car pretty mu After having my concerns ignored and blown off by the Stroudsburg dealership, Dickson City Hyundai came through. I was adding oil to my car pretty much every week, when I brought it to the prior dealership they blamed it on the Easton Dealership saying they spilt oil on the top of the motor and that was my burning oil problem. They performed the 203 recall test after the oil change and said my car was fine.( 2020 Kona 2.0 ). A week after my service with them I’m dumping oil into the motor still. This service I went to Dickson City Hyundai and had a case number from Hyundai, the minute they heard my engine they knew there was an issue. Well, one rental and four days later I got my Kona back with a new motor totally covered under warranty. Back in time for the weekend! I was worried that I was going to have to find a way to strap my kayak to the top of the rental ( Chevy Malibu ). Thank you again Dickson City Hyundai. More

Every single time I've had to have an appointment at this dealership, it's been a horrible experience. Almost everyone that I've come into contact with whether in person or on the phone at Dickson City Hyund dealership, it's been a horrible experience. Almost everyone that I've come into contact with whether in person or on the phone at Dickson City Hyundai is miserable, rude and condescending. Not to mention the number of times my car has come out of their service department in WORSE shape than when it went in! Ridiculous. More
