Every single time I've had to have an appointment at this dealership, it's been a horrible experience. Almost everyone that I've come into contact with whether in person or on the phone at Dickson City Hyund dealership, it's been a horrible experience. Almost everyone that I've come into contact with whether in person or on the phone at Dickson City Hyundai is miserable, rude and condescending. Not to mention the number of times my car has come out of their service department in WORSE shape than when it went in! Ridiculous. More

When Brandon called from service to let me know that the car needed 4 tires (WHICH IT DIDNT) and because my wife had been rear ended, the Inspection. When Brandon called from service to let me know that the car needed 4 tires (WHICH IT DIDNT) and because my wife had been rear ended, there was a crack in the bumper, the car wouldn't pass inspection. I told Brandon I didn't want any work done on the car and was specifically told by Brandon. " you have no money in the car today" after dropping my wife to pick up the car, I had to return once again because my wife called and said they had done the emission and there was a balance to be paid after I was told on the phone that I was not paying for anything today. Regardless it needed to be done so that's not the point. The point is that I was told there was nothing done and "no money put into the car" Per Brandon's words. Had I known I would have left my wife with money. More
