I brought my wife's car in for an oil change and Inspection. When Brandon called from service to let me know that the car needed 4 tires (WHICH IT DIDNT) and because my wife had been rear ended, the Inspection. I told Brandon I didn't want any work done on the car and was specifically told by Brandon. " you have no money in the car today" after dropping my wife to pick up the car, I had to return once again because my wife called and said they had done the emission and there was a balance to be paid after I was told on the phone that I was not paying for anything today. Regardless it needed to be done so that's not the point. The point is that I was told there was nothing done and "no money put into the car" Per Brandon's words. Had I known I would have left my wife with money. More

I trust the service provider, Launi Kopa and the manager at Dickson City Hyundai. My only complaint is the lack of friendliness. That seems to be missing everywhere you go.
