Unfortunately recently the service department has taken a severe downward trend. The wait times to get a service appointment are completely unmanageable and ridiculous. On my last visit I did not get a copy of my multi point inspection report so that I could verify everything was done and actually see the condition of my brakes and tires I had to call back to get that report texted to me. Dickson City Huydai met my expectations. The staff I had encountered was very friendly and welcoming. Did not give me any issues about having my dog with me. The service was fast too.
