I deal with Lonnie Regularly and she's awesome. I traded in my 2019 with alot of odds against me. Jordan wasn't super pushy, I gave him my terms and he tried to go with them with no judgement. My second trip in I dealt with Chris who was straight up and friendly. Jordan finished the deal and explained everything for me. At the end he was sure to have detail take care of the little scratches from test drives. My final signing I dealt with Michael in Finance who was honest explained everything and pointed out everything in my paperwork -no hidden fees from the dealer, all Pennsylvania's ridiculous charges - which he also went over with me. I walked away with a 2021 on my own terms and I love the car I'm in. All together, I had an awesome experience and highly recommend for service sales and finance. More
