I'm so heartbroken. I came here bc I was sick of buying junk. I bought the vehicle bc I didn't want to have to deal with having to repair here n there like w my old vehicle. I'm sad to say how disappointed I am. To offer to fix it ...just need need new rotors bc it sat too long. I will say the front desk person was very nice. People in the service department are very nice and friendly, they did almost everything they said that they would, I had a flat tire and asked if I could have the old tire back was told I can and they friendly, they did almost everything they said that they would, I had a flat tire and asked if I could have the old tire back was told I can and they would put it in a plastic bag in the back, got the tire back but not in a bag just in the back on the rug. Was waiting for them to call and let me know that the car was ready, I waited until 5:30 to start calling finally got through about 5:40 and was told that the car is done and I had until 6:00 to pick it up, I was told that they called and left a message that the car was ready, but I had no message and no missed calls from there.
