She took us for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer all of our questions. We found working with Laura was very pleasant and easy - we were honest with her on what we were looking for, what we could afford and that we didn't want to play games. Laura respected this and was able to get us a deal that we were very pleased with. Not only was Laura easy to work with, she took the extra time to show us how to utilize the features of the car, even helping us set up the bluetooth. She knew we had plans for the day and did everything she could to get us in and out without any hold ups. We loved working with her so much, that just one week later we came back and bought another Sportage from Laura. We will definitely recommend Halleen Kia of North Olmsted and the Kia Sportage to anyone we know...and you have Laura to thank for that! In addition to this, we had our 3 year old daughter with us and because everything went so smooth, she had fun and didn't get bored - hence no meltdowns! I came into this dealer ship to just look. I did not plan on buying a car but Laura Campbell was absolutely the best car sales person that I have ever encountered. She was more than just helpful. My husband and I went into Halleen Kia to trade in two previously purchased Kia's from Bill Doraty (who "took us" with their "two for one" deal" and we kind of got screwed - will NEVER go back there again previously purchased Kia's from Bill Doraty (who "took us" with their "two for one" deal" and we kind of got screwed - will NEVER go back there again!) and buy or lease a new single vehicle. Despite our negative experience with the other dealership we still felt that Kia's are the cars for us. I chose Halleen because a friend and coworker of mine has purchased from Halleen and Laura Campbell in the past and were extremely satisfied with their deal. We loved the Sorento and were interested in potentially acquiring a certified used newer model. Laura Campbell met with us right away, listened to our needs, was respectful, and non-judgemental! That is exactly what we needed. She worked hard for us to get the best deal possible under the circumstances and got us into our DREAM car that will last us many adoring years with state of the art features. Laura was an excellent sales woman who was very helpful and patient with me and my mom as we browsed for a car. She was great at helping me find a car that fit my needs and expensive taste without the pric and patient with me and my mom as we browsed for a car. She was understanding and helpful and I appreciated that she didn't use forceful sales tactics. The only reason I gave the overall experience a 4 and not a 5 rating was because I have had to return to the dealership twice to sign and resign paperwork that should have been completed on the first visit (not my fault). This wouldn't be a huge issue if I didn't live so far from North Olmstead, but since I do, it has been an inconvenience. If you come to Halleen, ask for Laura to be your saleswoman and when you are finalizing the sale with the finance manager, make sure all paperwork is signed. More
