Laura greeted me with a huge smile that never quit. As for customer service...I am mildly handicapped and Laura made it easy to navigate around the facility. She engaged me in conversation with similiar problems(we are both single Moms)that made me feel welcomed. Every question was answered and when she asked what I was looking for in a vehicle, she took me to the one I purchased (after looking at several other options). I love my Kia Sportage and it truly fit my need. I am looking forward to all the free car washings!! Now it gets tricky. Finances! Steven went through all the options very clearly. I didn't the picture. He patiently went through them again in a different manner. Well, I still didn't get it. So he printed out columns that showed the differences in a way I could understand. I got it!! I picked the finance program I could live with. He was very patient, never let me feel "dumb"....and if your name is "Carol", ask him to tell you the Carol story. It also impressed me that he has worked for Halleen Kia for 19 years. That speaks volumnes!! All the other staff had smiles on their faces and greeted me. There was great rapport among them. I don't think you can beat their 10 year/100,ooo mileage guarantee. BUY FROM HALLEEN KIA...YOU WON'T REGRET IT More
