Soul mate: Hello KIA Soul where have you been all my life? Great buying experience!!! I was just beginning my search for a new 'used' vehicle. I really hadn't intended to make a purchase so quickly. My husband and I had looked at a new I was just beginning my search for a new 'used' vehicle. I really hadn't intended to make a purchase so quickly. My husband and I had looked at a new Kia Soul last year (with Aaron, who was very helpful as well), so it was among my top choice this time around. Laura greeted us, asked what I was looking for, and really listened. She was friendly and helpful, without being pushy or overbearing. She went out of her way to show and help me with many of the features of my new Soul. While going over all the finance paperwork, Charles was very personable and really made me feel at ease (during what can be a very stressful experience). I look forward to enjoying my Kia Soul for a long time!!! More

She was easy to talk to, felt like I have known her for years!! I would very highly recommend Laura to anybody. Laura was not satisfied with the way they cleaned up my Sportage, last night. So she told me to come back today and they cleaned it very well. While we were waiting she got me a cup of coffee and sat down and talked. She made me feel right at home! She kinda yelled at me but became my best friend at the same time. She never took the easy way out and dealt with me, which is not easy. We were treated better than we imagined: our sales consultant went the extra mile to make sure the buying process went smoothly and she's mainly the reason we returned to Halleen KIA when it came time to buy our 2014 Sedona. The quality of service is second to none and in the end we have nothing but smiles. Our friend once again made us feel right at home and helped us make the right decisions. As far as I can tell, every auto dealer should learn from the folks at Halleen KIA and see how it's really done. Thank you, thank you, thank you! More

No help at all I contacted Halleen kia with the intent of purchasing a new vehicle. I submitted an application on their web site and received a prompt response. But I contacted Halleen kia with the intent of purchasing a new vehicle. I submitted an application on their web site and received a prompt response. But after the initial reply from Phyllis and a call from Laura I replied back that I would like to exchange as much info as I could through email as I am very busy with work and have accomplished many business transactions using this method. Since then I have heard nothing. No reply emails, no phone calls, no smoke signals, not a word. I have worked sales and customer service for a long time and I am a retail manager. This is Not how you handle customer service. You reply to customer comments and requests in a timely manner and try to assist every person the best you can. If you can't help or have no options available you tell them in stead of just completely ignoring the situation. I do not and will not ever recommend anyone do business with Halleen Kia. More

The Best! I have not bought a car in 12 years, I'm frugal, lol I shopped at many dealerships and no one wanted to give the the time of day. They must of sensed I have not bought a car in 12 years, I'm frugal, lol I shopped at many dealerships and no one wanted to give the the time of day. They must of sensed, I was not a buy a car today customer. About my 7th stop, i went to Halleen Kia and met Laura Campbell. She was amazing! She took the time to show me every car on her lot that fit my needs and let me test drive a few to compare. She asked me a lot of questions to figure out what I wanted and told me she thought the Kia Soul fit my needs. I drug it out and probably drove every car on her lot. ( been 12 years) I left, and she followed up with me, respectfully. I came back and bought a Kia Soul! She was right and put me in the perfect car for my needs. Thank you Laura for putting up with me. I will send everyone I know to Laura and Halleen Kia. More
