A Tale of 2 Dealers I admit I started shopping elsewhere first, but they failed on so many levels, I had to walk away. Best thing I ever did was go to Halleen. Laura was I admit I started shopping elsewhere first, but they failed on so many levels, I had to walk away. Best thing I ever did was go to Halleen. Laura was amazing to work with. I explained my situation over the phone in the morning; by the time I got out of work, Laura had worked her magic and I was driving off the lot that night. I can't say enough about how professional, caring and understanding the staff is. The first dealer didn't listen to me and gave me the hard sell. That didn't happen at Halleen. While the other dealer advertised they work with all kinds of credit, they made excuses that they needed to talk so someone who wasn't in. Halleen found a way to make it work and I am so happy with my car, the experience and have a dealer that I will go back to. That says it all right there. More

Great buying experience!!! I was just beginning my search for a new 'used' vehicle. I really hadn't intended to make a purchase so quickly. My husband and I had looked at a new I was just beginning my search for a new 'used' vehicle. I really hadn't intended to make a purchase so quickly. My husband and I had looked at a new Kia Soul last year (with Aaron, who was very helpful as well), so it was among my top choice this time around. Laura greeted us, asked what I was looking for, and really listened. She was friendly and helpful, without being pushy or overbearing. She went out of her way to show and help me with many of the features of my new Soul. While going over all the finance paperwork, Charles was very personable and really made me feel at ease (during what can be a very stressful experience). I look forward to enjoying my Kia Soul for a long time!!! More
