Our 2023 Crosstrek is one year old and due for it's second routine service. Everything about the process of getting the car serviced was quick and easy. The online appointment scheduling steps are easily accomplished. We arrived at the dealership a few minutes ahead of the appointment time and checked in. The young lady assisting us gave us all the information we needed about what the service entailed and we informed her we would wait locally while the service was being performed. There are several good eating establishments near the dealership so we walked across the street and had a very nice lunch. Before we finished eating we received a call informing us that the car service was complete and we could pick it up when we were ready. When finished with lunch we walked back to the dealership and were escorted to our car and went about our way. The total time from arrival to departure was less than one hour. A very pleasant experience. More

This service was related to the warranty on my tires. I appreciated that Sebastian gave the go ahead for Laura to call the MFG about the warranty. They don't usually do this apparently. Unfortunately there was no proration for the tires, and I'm not happy with Yokohama but I was happy that Laura made the effort and got all the info on my tires to communicate with the MFG. I was going to buy more tires but decided to let these tires ride until the front tires (one is a newer tire) get a little more wear on them. I still have 7 and 4 on the front. Unfortunately, Subaru is aware of a defect in the 2019 Outback model cover over the computer command center and has not taken steps to replace with.
