Not Honest We purchased a used BMW believing it was "certified". Dealership added $1800 to our purchase price for an extended warranty claiming that we had to pay more for the "certified" option despite the original listing claiming the car was indeed certified. What was advertised was not what we received. The original carfax that we were given was false. We purchased a "certified" vehicle and when we tried to trade the car in, we were told that it had been in an accident. The dealership claims that it was reported after they sold it so they had no liability. Seriously? Our interaction with the dealership was awful. They were downright rude and unhelpful. BMW USA pushed us back to the dealership. It's ridiculous. Word to the Wise - Go someplace else. In fact buy another brand of car . Dishonest, poor customer service and we cant help feel that we were duped and taken advantage of. More
