Chloe the more senior member of the team was training Haley taking her time to ensure Haley was following direction. That experience alone made me feel I had the correct person in Chloe. My first car of choice was a new 330i 2019 which did not pan out well but I did walk out with a 430i 2019. Chloe understood what I was looking for and provided me the appropriate level of details to ensure that the client experience was spot on. During our conversation Laura was introduced to me and all members of the team continued to find the correct deal. At the end of day I left happy not only with car but with team that I would recommend friends and family. They all went above and beyond and left happy. Lauren thank you for the making it happen. Friendly, Personable & Efficient I was renewing my lease at Circle BMW and the sales rep I had worked with was no longer with the company. I worked directly with the incredibly compassionate sales manager Laura, a friendly representative named Cara, a product specialist that blew my world(Justin), and a finance manager with the best personality ever. I honestly forgot I was buying a car! I was clear when calling that I was trying not to sit at the dealership for a long time, so when Laura got on the phone she got right to it. She asked what I was looking for and immediately dug in. Within 10 minutes, we had the vehicle I was looking for, at the price I wanted. Laura immediately assigned Cara, who proactively reached out to my insurance company to get me all set up. When I got to the dealership, everything was ready for me - temp plates, proof of insurance, all legal docs. I was in and out in 45 minutes, which included a product deep dive with a specialist. The team was incredibly respectful, professional, and down to earth, all things you rarely expect when buying a car. This was definitely a top knotch experience and they have my highest recommendation. More

From my first telephone contact with Laura the Sales Manager to the delivery of my new vehicle by Cara, everyone was so pleasant and upbeat and willing to help. Dave helped me terminate my previous lease and Tony made the financing quick and easy and comfortable for my budget - with absolutely no pressure, no "hard sell." Finally, I would like to thank Zach, the BMW Genius that personally ran through all the bells and whistles of my new M4. Don't hesitate to use this dealership - they are honest and easy to work with and they really understand how to deliver extraordinary customer service.
