This year with their new sales manager Laura Fluor they were willing to work with me to get me in the car I wanted for the price that worked. Mike Rich the sales associate was excellent from start to finish despite it being his first sale. If he didn't know something he was able to point me to someone with the answers. Overall very happy with my experience and will definitely continue to lease and service my vehicles through this dealership. More

The numbers presented to me were clear and transparent and Danny worked with me to understand where I needed to be to make a deal and he made it happen. The only time that I felt less than totally comfortable was when the finance manager tried to hard sell me on tire/wheel protection but other than that, Danny and his sales manager Laura were professional throughout. He is a real pro and handled my questions, price negotiation and ordering of the car with expert precision and ease. I ordered a 340i GT and was concerned about it fitting in my small garage. Danny confirmed the specs and was even willing to drive one to my house to let me bring it in and out of my garage to ensure it met the dimensions before I ordered one. He was willing to come in on his day off if necessary.And the Sales Managers, Laura and especially Tim Cahill were fantastic too. When my car came in I had trouble getting transportation to the dealership and Tim eased my worries, arranged for someone to pick me up, etc. Danny is my go-to in Sales and Tim Cahill my hero!
