A dealership full of genuine and friendly people Was looking for a BMW but was undecided about the options. Found online that Circle BMW had some cars. Visited them for a test drive, am glad I did. The folks I met were extremely friendly, no pressure and no hype. They presented the details straight and no BS. Patiently let me test drive 2 cars, went back the next day with my wife and test drove 2 more. Had the cars ready for the test drive, no pressure and "what can we do for you to close the deal today" speech. Did the rest of the negotiations on the phone. Mike had all the details and was quick to get things that he did not know. Closed the deal over the phone. Mike went above and beyond and addressed small requests on the car, threw in some options, and helped me close out my old plates etc. I have dealt with other BMW dealers in Freehold and Edison. By far the most smooth and least stressful dealing. Highly recommend this place for other potential BMW drivers. More

I went car shopping and demoed several car makers but once you drive ‘The Ultimate Driving Machine’ nothing feels the same as a BMW. I was SO fortunate to have Chloe as my sales associate!! She was The Best saleswoman ever! The general manager, Laura was personable and got right down to business answering all my ‘many’ questions. Tony delivered too and provided a comprehensive overview of much needed information about my vehicle. Every person that I met at Circle BMW was kind, helpful and sincere. I typically dread dealing with car dealers, but this was an A Purchased a pre-certified BMW a few years back for my son and it was time for a new one. I typically dread dealing with car dealers, but this was an AWESOME experience! Dealt with Laura F, Kevin P and even the owner Tom D went out of his way for me. They gave me a great price for new vehicle and a very good trade-in amount! They were very organized as well! As the papers were being drawn up, the new car was being prepped, and we were in and out of there in less than 3 hours! Better treatment than at any other dealership we have dealt with including Bentley! Will be back again!!!!!! More
