Michelle, thank you for letting us know about your recent experience. Service stated that you waited in your vehicle but they did not know why. When a customer drives into Service, they typically exit their vehicle so the Service Attendant and Service Adviser can perform their respective duties. If, however, the customer does not exit their vehicle right away and the driver-side window is up, service personnel should not approach the customer and ask them to step out of the car.
