Check in, sit in the comfortable waiting room that has drinks and snacks, read 100 pages of my book, Monica comes and gets yo now know how it works! Only negative...I was there longer than I thought I would be, 1 3/4 hours. But this was my first experience with a new car service, so I will be prepared next time. More

My visit went very well, EXCEPT: if you can do anything to boost your WiFi service, please do! As you know, almost all of your customers are on WiFi devices while in your lounges, and the result is spotty to boost your WiFi service, please do! Had to go back next day for a new tire. Wasn’t too pleased with that. Then they lost a hat I had in my back seat when they lifted my seat up to put spare back.
