I came in to get my 15,000 mile oil change, which they informed me I also had a recall and asked me if I wanted to have that done. Joseph Toyota is customer oriented. It is always a pleasure going to the shop for service. The associates are groomed, polite and professional. The waiting room is like no other service centers. We purchased two vans from Joseph and we have been pleased with the sales department and the service department. Tony Nash, Jason and Bob Watermake are great representatives of your company. They go out of their way to provide excellent service. I have a Tacoma 06 truck too and I have it serviced here too. I purchased it used from an Eastside dealer.
