Been a customer since 1999 with the purchase of a Corolla. Daughter has been them also for 5 leases over the years from the infamous Larry Reed in new cars. I got another in 2013. Terrible service experience. Insulting and degrading what could be a great experience. I had to return after a rear door was damaged during repairs. Rather than trying to fix it Insulting and degrading what could be a great experience. I had to return after a rear door was damaged during repairs. Rather than trying to fix it and offer a solution, I was insulted that a strong wind could have blown throughthe service bay and made my door go out of alignment. Either way it was clear they had no interest in fixing their mistake and making it right. I was told I could go wait in line again in another department and pay for my own repairs that were either done myself or a strong wind. So ridiculous. I would never recommend going here. More
