She did all of this without making me feel bad or like I didn’t deserve to be there. For that I will forever grateful. Buying a car is stressful, but my car was very old and it was time. I just wanted to feel confident that I was getting a fair price without stretching myself so thin that I couldn’t actually enjoy the car I was working so hard to get as there are not a ton of options due to inventory. I do want to be a lifelong part of the Volkswagen Family. That’s why I’m so grateful I had Laura Torres helping me for my 3rd lease through the process. She was extremely patient and understanding as I laid out all my parameters, concerns, and questions. She never rushed me or made me feel like I was asking too much. Instead, she took the time to walk me through every detail and made sure I felt informed and comfortable with each step. Her honesty, professionalism, and support made all the difference. I truly feel like I got the best deal possible, and most importantly, peace of mind.
