I had done significant research before contacting the dealer, so was pretty sure that I wanted a Tiguan or Taos. I emailed Laura Torres, who responded to me immediately to set up an appointment. She also managed my expectations by advising that the inventory was selling very fast so the car I was interested in online may have been sold. We scheduled a time, and I went to discuss my options. Laura gave me her undivided attention, test drove both vehicles with me, showed all the stylistic differences between the trim levels, and while we talked and looked at the options, her sales manager Eric was able to locate a car with the specific color and trim level I wanted. It was ordered and would be arriving within the month. Laura kept me apprised of the delivery time, and when the vehicle arrived on her day off the sales manager called me to set up a pick up time. The day of the pickup I was able to arrive early, work to get financing straightened out, and when the car arrived the staff detailed it and it was ready to go. Overall re: Laura Torres…Great communication, fair pricing, excellent product knowledge, and a willingness to listen to the customers needs and wants. More
