I went there for my 2024 Gmc 1500 having the issues that are unfortunately common for 10l80 transmission. They gave me a rental car for use which was very kind. Laura said the problem was that I had been i are unfortunately common for 10l80 transmission. They gave me a rental car for use which was very kind. Laura said the problem was that I had been in 4wd the last 27k miles which was an untrue assumption. They found nothing wrong but advised to have a premature $700 transmission service. The following day I parked the truck in 2wd and when restarted it was in 4wd. I called Laura 3 times to share information and she has not followed up. Nice friendly place in person but do not expect results. I will not be purchasing another GM product as they do not support known issues with nearly 400 tsb reports on just my version of truck. More
