I was not treated like I have been in the past. For an oil change and my vehicle system to be checked out took 3 hours. At the end I was shown what the system said I need to replace on the vehicl For an oil change and my vehicle system to be checked out took 3 hours. At the end I was shown what the system said I need to replace on the vehicle. The items were things that can be purchased cheaper and/ done my self. Another thing was with less then 36000 miles it seemed funny that so many things were going bad. After I turned down the repairs I was took I could go get my vehicle back behind the serve offices. So, I had to go and search for my vehicle. In the pass my vehicle had been brought to me at the serve office area. I don’t believe I will use this dealership again. More
