This was the fourth Toyota dealership I had been to and had bad experiences at all of them until I walked through the doors at Oak Lawn Toyota. I started correspondence with Lauren who was great, worked with Steve who was great, onto Rob for my remote start, and ended with Jason for finance. They were all fantastic and accommodating. Rob even gave me 2 stuffed animals to bring home to my kids! Can't say enough, have been telling people to go there and I will now be a customer for life! More

Bought new Toyota Highlander 2015! Jack was great! I previously got my 2005 Toyota Corolla from Oak Lawn Toyota. Last week it got totaled in an accident after someone hit me. The sta Jack was great! I previously got my 2005 Toyota Corolla from Oak Lawn Toyota. Last week it got totaled in an accident after someone hit me. The staff at Oak Lawn Toyota has always been friendly and welcoming. My fiancé and I knew we wanted a Toyota Highlander for it's safety, size, reliability, good resale value, and quality. Jack was very informative and helpful throughout the car buying process. During the test drive he was down to earth and took the time to answer all of our questions. They day we bought the car he was ready for us! He made the entire process easy and stress free. Once all the paper work was done he spent an hour going over the features of the XLE with us. He helped sync my information to the car system. My fiancé and I knew exactly what we wanted and Jack put everything together nicely. We could not be more happy with Oak Lawn Toyota service and our new car. I myself love Toyota for their durability and high quality. I know this is a car that will be with us for years and years to come while we build a family. And when we are ready for another car down the road we know just where to look :) More

Great car buying experience We bought a new Prius from Oak Lawn Toyota and were very happy with the total experience. I'll say from the start that we are regular customers there having boughjt our last car there 14 years ago it and another car serviced there sincde then. We started by shopping on the internet to get prices from dealers in the Chicago area for the car we wanted. Lauren Verdon was the internet salesperson and was very responsive and was able to answer all our questions. After we started we had a two month hiatus while we were busy with other things and Lauren was fine with that picking up where we had left off earlier. Our sales rep was Rob Halderson who was also great. When we got serious with finding the car we wanted, Rob and Lauren worked to find exactly what we wanted. When we arrived on the day of the sale, Rob worked with us on the final price coparing with other dealers and then helped us get familiafr with the car. Rob was helpful, straightforward, and did not pressure us about things we were not interested in. Lastly we went to Marty Maggio to deal with the paperwork and found him helpful, direct and easy to work with. After he explained the warrenty options, we felt no pressure to choose one option over another, It was all "what do you need?" Overall, the whole experience was as good a car buying experience as you can have. I highly recommend Oak Lawn Toyota More

Lauren gave me a quote before buying and was able to communicate to everyone what I was looking for and how to avoid a negative experience for all of us. Scott was great, very informative & fair, and really made sure my parents & I understood the entire process and did his best to expedite it. I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford, what more could I ask for?! After my buy, the team has followed up with my via email, which I am quite impressed with. I would definitely recommend Oak Lawn Toyota to anyone looking for a car, new or used. More
