She went above and beyond to make sure she was prepared for my second visit when I brought my husband with to finally make the final purchase. All details were thought out and and ready when we walked through the door. Service after the sale was perfect as she set aside additional time to set-up our new vehicle to our liking, seat memory, pre-sets on the radio, Bluetooth pairing, sunroof and even cooled/ heated front seats!! She really loves her job and let's it be know in the care she provides for her customers!!! More

A Happy Experience When we first stopped at D'Arcy, Lauren asked us if we had been to any other dealerships. We told her that this was the first place we had been to. When we first stopped at D'Arcy, Lauren asked us if we had been to any other dealerships. We told her that this was the first place we had been to. She said we should have gone to other dealerships and make D'Arcy our last stop. I told her that it was her job to make this our last stop. She took that challenge and made sure she met our needs and made us comfortable along every step of the process. This is the second car we have purchased from D'Arcy and we will be back. More
