My salesman was Ken and he did a good job. Staff were decent to be around. My only complaint is I was told they would have a second key for the truck I purchased and to this day they have no i Staff were decent to be around. My only complaint is I was told they would have a second key for the truck I purchased and to this day they have no idea and Believe the second key / the folder? Are lost. I would like my second key. When I called and asked to speak to Lauren (the sails manager) the call was hung up on. When I called back I was told she was “busy”. If Lauren would have at least called me back I would feel that my business was appreciated. I kind of feel like I was a number to buy a car and the key situation will not be taken seriously. More
