I never write reviews but this is deserving. I was looking to get a newer BMW and found a low mileage car at BMW of West Chester. The sales rep who reached out was Lauren. She was great to deal with and gave no pressure on buying the car. They gave me a good price for the car and my trade. I am having an issue with the car now but it is being handled by the dealership with no issues. More

Lauren, was amazing she really made the whole experience extremely smooth. Driving over 2 hours I did not know how everything will go. Once I pulled in she was there to greet me. All the paperwork was all completed and only need a few signatures. I extremely appreciate all the work Lauren did for me she truly is amazing. Nick in finance was also great too, he did a great job explaining everything to me and doing a great job with the warranty as well. More
