When I arrived I knew I needed a new timing belt but also had a warning light in. Staff was friendly and polite. I stated what I want done at the beginning. They called back to let me know what the problem w had a warning light in. Staff was friendly and polite. I stated what I want done at the beginning. They called back to let me know what the problem was before proceeding and gave the the final cost of everything before I gave them the approval. Got a text, email, and paper invoice of what was done to my van. It also included what else should be done in the future to upkeep repairs. When I went to get my van they went over the invoice and recommended repairs. I told them not right now and some I could do myself. They did not pressure me to have the repairs done like most shops. They just let me know that they are available if I wanted to use them to have the repairs done. Even had a new key made and it was done within the hour. Definitely will be going back. More

Excellent service. I had a tire going flat right at service department closing time. They did not ask me to leave my vehicle, but immediately began to take care of my needs. I had a nail on inside of m service department closing time. They did not ask me to leave my vehicle, but immediately began to take care of my needs. I had a nail on inside of my tire which could not be repaired. I was due for new tires at my next service, so I decided to go ahead & have all 4 tires replaced. I appreciate the mechanic who stayed to put them on & do an alignment. Again, they did not ask me to wait until the next day. I also appreciate Casey & Lauretta taking care everything in a professional manner. More

Awesome KD Davis was my service advisor when I had a problem with my AC and had an oil change and tires rotated. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and ve KD Davis was my service advisor when I had a problem with my AC and had an oil change and tires rotated. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful... kept me informed on what was going on. Went above and beyond. Hightly recommend her and the Hughes Honda service dept. I have been meaning to write this since April of this year and just now getting around to it. Lauretta Smith also was most helpful with everything especially the AC problem. She was also helpful and very knowledgeable. All were very helpful during a very trying time then. Thank you all for all your kindness and help. More

My AC works!! My 2012 Honda CRV air conditioner was blowing hot air. I took it to the dealership (Hughes Honda) and they found a defective AC compressor relay. It My 2012 Honda CRV air conditioner was blowing hot air. I took it to the dealership (Hughes Honda) and they found a defective AC compressor relay. It was replaced and the system evacuated and recharged. It gets freezing cold in my truck now with max air conditioning enabled. I can now drive it in the Georgia heat! I'm going to bring in my 2011 Odyssey in for an AC check. More

Honda Odyssey Hughes Honda sold me my 2013 Odyssey in 2016. It was a certified pre owned vehicle. We were very happy with the experience and have used them on sever Hughes Honda sold me my 2013 Odyssey in 2016. It was a certified pre owned vehicle. We were very happy with the experience and have used them on several occasions for service. My Odyssey experienced a rare and odd fuel injection issue last year. We delivered the van to Hughes and they were able to investigate and help Honda Southeast diagnose the issue. I just had my van serviced for the 100k service interval. We replaced the timing belt, power steering belt and water pump. I had the fuel injection cleaned and spark plugs replaced also. The service department conducted the work in one full day. We dropped the van off after hours, and picked it up the next day after hours. Wow, I am impressed. The communication has been awesome. Thanks Hughes. More
