The folks in the service department are always friendly and anxious to help me. They are quick to take down what I want done and to "get the ball rolling." The waiting room is serviceable and the wait time for my vehicle to be taken care of was really quick. The facility is also clean which mean a lot to me...I don't like a dirty environment. More

Quick starter repair I live in Charleston Sc, my wife was in Warner Robins on Military business when the starter on her car went out , I called the service department and I live in Charleston Sc, my wife was in Warner Robins on Military business when the starter on her car went out , I called the service department and spoke with Loreta before having the car towed to the service department .The tow truck drop the car off at hughes Service department , my wife went and picked up a rental car and before she made it back to the base , the serviced department had replaced the starter on my wife car literally the car was repaired and return to my wife in a few short hours. More

Once again it was time to have our 2016 Honda Accord serviced. It was time for an oil change and we typically have our tires rotated at the same time. Driving the Accord the other day I noticed that when braking the steering wheel would shimmy. When I arrived at the dealership and I explained this action the very friendly Service Associate Lauretta told me that instead of paying for an alignment which may or may not be the problem I had the option to pay a small dollar amount to diagnose the problem and if indeed did require an alignment that the fee charged would be directly reduced from the total cost of an alignment. As in the past I found Hughes Honda to be very friendly, polite and informative. More
