We were lied to at least on 3 separate occasions. We were not told important information about the car we purchased. I like the service center due to their good job but it always takes 3+ hours for anything! And it is horrible to wait that long for a recall and an oil change. They contacted me after I went online to look at a vehicle that was in the lot. It wasn't a Kia it was a used Honda CRV. Negotiation was pretty good. Not pushy at all.
