The sale process was OK but the price was a $1000 over Kelly Bluebook or Edmunds. This reflects on me as a dumb consumer and you as a greedy car dealer. No warranty provided at no cost to me is not acceptable. Making us drive from Copperas Cove to Waco to pick up the second car key is inconvenient. This is also true regarding having to drive to Waco for license plates and windshield sticker. These are all matters that can be corrected if your firm chooses to. More

All of our used inventory prices are clearly listed on our website, and all of them are priced to market. With as fast as the vehicle market is changing it makes it hard for pricing guides to keep up with the current prices of used vehicles. The price you paid was slightly higher than KBB and Edmunds, but what you're not taking into consideration is that in a 500 mile radius of Waco there are 212 Nissan Rogue S models for sale, and the average listing price is $18,418. You paid $1,470 less that the average asking price of the exact same vehicle, regardless of what the pricing guides say. You're an informed buyer and I'm sure you did your research and looked at other Nissan Rogues for sale near you prior to purchase, and surely didn't drive to Waco to buy the most expensive Rogue around. Warranties are offered to each and every one of our customers, but there is a cost associated with them and unfortunately we are unable to provide them at "no cost" to the consumer. We would have happily mailed the key and your plates, and it is possible that your salesperson and our title clerk didn't realize you were not local to Waco, or weren't visiting Waco, and it was an inconvenience to you. I will have a check mailed to you for $100 to cover your fuel and time for the drives to Waco, since your extra key and plates should have been mailed to you without question.
