So thankful for Greg May Honda employees Lawrence Matthys and Allan Hale for coming to my rescue! My son and I were travelling on the weekend before Thanksgiving. About 100 miles from home, we had engine tr and Allan Hale for coming to my rescue! My son and I were travelling on the weekend before Thanksgiving. About 100 miles from home, we had engine trouble on our Honda van. I was very stressed when I pulled into the dealership. Lawrence was quick to greet me, listen to my issue, calm me down, and personally walk me to the service department. Despite having a full slate of appointments, Allan acted quickly to work us in and get the problem fixed. He was patient and thorough in explaining the problem. Several hours later we were back on the road. I truly appreciate the awesome service I was given by both individuals. Great experience! Thanks again! More
