Experience I had a Great experience with Lawrence Matthys. I told him what I wanted and he got it for me, showed me the vehicle and explained every option that I had a Great experience with Lawrence Matthys. Also the best thing was they were able to get me financed when the other Honda dealership in my home town would not. Good Experience purchasing a Civic Hatch I visited Greg May Honda on June 10,2020 to check out a Civic Hatchback, particularly the sport model. Jacob Sowder & Lawrence Matthys showed me a spo I visited Greg May Honda on June 10,2020 to check out a Civic Hatchback, particularly the sport model. Jacob Sowder & Lawrence Matthys showed me a sport model and explained most of the features to me. Both took their time and I never felt rushed. Jacob went on the test drive with me and showed me how the car performs and handles on the road. I explained that it might be a week or two before I would return to possibly purchase and they were understanding. One week later I returned and purchased a 2018 model. I appreciated that never once did Jacob or Lawrence try to push me to buy now. Nor did they try to make me buy or consider a model different from what I wanted ,which is very important to me. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend. More

My area of concern not yet fully addressed I had written quite a review but lost it before completing it.. It's too long to start over but it's one I think you might have wanted to read...... My major concern was NOT fixed and you might want to know why. It was stated on my receipt that I stated the problem was with a passenger door. If I said that, then I was in error. I can't imagine saying that since it was the driver door but if I did then that would certainly explain part of the problem. Curious to me is an advisor's name on the receipt, one I have never heard nor seen nor had contact with. There was another concern stated when I made my appointment.....the oil level and feasibility of getting an oil change while in town since the sign to alert me would most likely appear upon my return home.. When Trent Fedro came to tell me they were finally through with my car I inquired about the oil. It had not been addressed. He took care of that but I remain with road noise. All employees are extremely nice.You can be proud of your staff on that account. Someone might want to contact me. If this problem on the driver door cannot be remedied, since other passengers in this car hear it and tell it's coming from the driver door, then I no longer wish to drive this car. It is hard to believe that I am the only one to hear this. Having heard such positive remarks about this service department, starting with Lawrence Matthys who sold me the car, I had wanted to have as much service as possible done here. Living 4 hours from Waco, I don't come often so I make appointments when I know I can/will be in town. At this point I'm undecided about my decision. The road noise is a big problem to me .....especially on my long drives and on windy days or driving at high speeds. A minor point but a compliment.....My last review (which was my first visit) I made remarks about how shabby your waiting room was and how there was not a single suitable place for me to sit. I could not physically do it but another person in the waiting room borrowed a chair from some salesperson's area and brought it to the waiting room for me. This time I was pleasantly surprised to see you have replaced the furniture with seating that is clean, suitable for most everyone and even for social distancing, and more representative of your attractive dealership. Thank you for addressing this. however it came about. On another note.......I am not a coffee drinker but there is nothing else provided......a minor point perhaps but the waiting room accommodations do not compare to others, and certainly not what I was used to with my last car. Hopefullly, if Hondas have good maintenance records, then I shall not have a need to be in your waiting room often. If you should find the original review and read it, or have continued to wade through this one, then thank you for "listening". I don't know when I'll get back to town and have time for another appointment. It leaves me with a problem. I hear a disturbing road noise that no one in your department hears. If it's a problem just to me, one who has been driving for many, many years, then perhaps it is my head that needs to be examined and not the car. But once more......please let me repeat.....Why was this not heard when the car was delivered to the dealership in Waco? I should not have received a car with this problem, unless, as I've been told.......No one there hears a problem. And yet passengers in my car hear what I'm hearing and can pinpoint the area. You are asking me to review for a concern I don't think has been addressed. I don't want to give a substandard nor an excellent rating at this time. You need an option for "withheld at this time." Would I recommend......probably but your choices do not reflect the true situation as it applies to me at this timie. More

Very Easy We moved to the area in March from Arizona. I had a BMW X3 but it needed tires, brakes, a new muffler and it would have cost me to ship it. I knew I wanted a truck, but the only decent one reviewed by Consumer Reports was the Ridgeline. I drove one and liked it but wanted a lighter interior. Lawrence Matthys called when he got one in; my wife and I drove it and brought it, all in an hour and a half. More
