Good service, but communication needs to improve. We had problems with our current 2006 CRV. Allan did all he could to repair the vehicle, and he was great to work with. Lawrence in sales was great We had problems with our current 2006 CRV. Allan did all he could to repair the vehicle, and he was great to work with. Lawrence in sales was great to work with in buying a used 2016 CRV. Because we were on an extended vacation, new tires and floor mats would be picked up in one month. The new CRV from the maintenance minder system said it needed an oil and transmission fluid change. I contacted both Lawrence and Allan both on these items and also the possible removal of our remote starter from the old CRV done with the other items. The tires, oil change, and mats had been approved. The other two items needed to be approved. I set up and appointment at 8:30 am to have the work done. I was hoping to get information on the other items. None came. When we arrived for the appointment at 8:30 the service department was not prepared. The communication between the sales department and service center broke down. Allan worked well to correct the situation, but the approved items to be worked on did not occur until an hour later. He spent a significant amount of time explaining the operation of the vehicle and assured me I could return with any questions. I would buy another car from him anytime. Was not as pleased with financials. The internet price was what brought me in but I wound up paying thousands more with all the dealer add-ons. The $800+ for Scotchgard and leather protection on interior was not optional. Was told I would receive a three year tire replacement and lost key replacement, but didn't mention it would cost $450. Bought the extended warranty but it cost me $1000 more than the same plan on the same car that my son bought from an Austin dealership. The charges for doing all the paperwork was also several $100 more than my son paid in Austin. They were able to beat my credit union interest rate, but only by 0.2%. The great price on the vehicle disappeared. If I hadn't been so impressed with Lawrence I would have probably walked away. I have owned a Honda previously and I am sure I will be pleased with my car, but I would caution potential car shoppers to be aware that this dealership has lots of charges not included in in the advertised price.
