Except the waiting it was GREAT! Lawrence was terrific. I let my wife handle the choosing of the vehicle she wanted and what extras she wanted. Lawrence listened and answered all her questions and found the vehicle that met her requirements. He was very patient and understanding with her each step of the way. He explained the pricing and trade-in value of our vehicle. We both were extremely satisfied with the sales process which Lawrence was very knowledgeable of and his knowledge of the vehicle he was selling. I worked for Chrysler Motors for 18 years and never met a sales person as customer friendly and honest as Lawrence was. We've always been KIA customers (8 vehicles) but I think we have been converted. More

I always trust your service over anywhere else. Most people believe they will get their repairs and maintenance cheaper at service centers other than their dealer. I can't tell you the number of times I have urged my friends to go to their dealer instead. I trust Gregg May Honda with my car for repairs and maintenance and I always know I will be getting the part designed for my car. More

Lawrence was not only knowledgeable, but his servant heart was seen throughout the entire buying process. He was patient with us, friendly, honoring of our time, and in no way self-seeking. We truly feel that he was there to serve us. This service did not end at the point of agreement of purchase. He shared stories about his service beyond the sale with other customers and I have a strong belief in his follow through due to his strong character. When he passed us on to Nate for the paperwork and financial piece the friendly service did not decline in the least. Nate was friendly, honest, and thorough with us. I would firmly recommend the purchase of a vehicle with Lawrence due to his strong character and servant heart. More
