I went to Honda Universe to see a SUV and they snuck in $10,000 in extra mark up and fees!! I personal hate going to a dealership. Lawrence is amazing and makes the process really smooth for my first new car buying experience. He goes above and beyond (knowledgeable, and informative), tries to help as much as possible with the car (on for my first new car buying experience. Lawrence not only gives his full attention and responsive at the time we first meet, to the time we buy the car, and after the car purchased, he checks in with us like his friends. He cares and he is passionate of what he does. He follows up with what he said he will do even after purchase.
