3 manufacture recalls were addressed along with state/emission inspection and oil change. I received a loaner car for a few days while the repairs were being completed. Very satisfied with the se state/emission inspection and oil change. I received a loaner car for a few days while the repairs were being completed. I originally leased my 2019 RDX for three years and later decided to purchase it outright with cash. While my experience during the lease period was positive, my relationship with the dealership declined sig decided to purchase it outright with cash. While my experience during the lease period was positive, my relationship with the dealership declined significantly once I became the owner. On two separate occasions, I called about a recall and was told the part was not available. No one followed up, and I was left waiting with no resolution. Additionally, when my car’s electrical system started acting up, I paid $200 for a diagnostic test, only to be told that nothing was wrong—despite the clear malfunction. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I no longer feel supported as a customer, and as a result, I will not return to this dealership in the future. More

For our maintenance service it was good but was difficult to schedule as no one would answer the service department phone even after being transferred directly to it.
