To begin the 3 percent service charge for using a credit card is extremely petty. This is supposed to be an upscale vehicle brand. Upon arrival, Keith took care of initiating the work order. In the customer waiting area, I spoke with my sales rep (Jeremy) about how much I like my RDX. It was a nice waiting room. Layne was helpful. The recalled item took close to a year or more to get in to do but once they had it I was able to get it done quickly. I had one m Layne was helpful.
