I was never notified that any part came in. I called to check the status. After I dropped it off, I wasn't notified when the car was ready. I had to call to make arrangements to pay for it and I called to check the status. After I dropped it off, I wasn't notified when the car was ready. I had to call to make arrangements to pay for it and pick it up. I never received the final invoice for the work. It accidently locked on the office when I paid for it . I was told the would send me the paperwork. I wasn't told there was a 100.00 deductible until I picked it up. Communication was poor. More
