I have been dealing with Spitzer service since 2003 and have not needed to have service anywhere else since. That is 5 vehicles and I keep going there for my cars and service is a principle reason. The sales people have always made good deals.

Every person I encountered were kind, helpful and

I would have given five stars however the rear window of
our RDX shattered for no reason and we were told it was not covered under warranty. Ultimately the shattering of the window is a result of a defect

We spent a few hours with our insurance agent regarding submitting a claim, which we didn't have to, but it would have been nice to know that wasn't necessary when we originally dropped the car off.

No need to further discuss. We are very pleased with the way Spitzer has treated us in the past and during this visit. It was just disappointing we weren't told about the rear window issue from the get go and had to spend time with the insurance company.
Very welcoming and will always buy my vehicle at this
