Warranty repair to change a simple NOX Sensor Took almost a month. When I arrived to pick up my jeep, it was dead and would not start after waiting for two hours they sent me home. Service advisor was excellent. Wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff. It took 6 weeks to get our vehicle back and it's still not fixed. No communication unless we initiated the call.
