Horrible experience. They have no system or process for communicating with customers . They took 2 hours to find my car after they called me to say car was ready. Cars are parked in three different parking lots. No note is made as to where the car was left or any numbering of spots . Every time someone comes to pick up a car it’s a scavenger gun. Horrible experience . I am still waiting for the replacement of my key. It has been a week and I have not heard back anything. More
