I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I live about 2 hours away and drove to 5 Star Ford to get my new vehicle because I was so happy with the customer service and the inventory. I was able to coordinate my purchase over the phone with Lee so all I had to do once I got there was trade in my old truck and pick up my new car. Lee was great! 5 star did not have exactly the vehicle that I wanted to purchase on their lot but he was able to work out a dealer trade for exactly the car with exactly the features I wanted. (My local Ford dealership talked to me about ordering a vehicle from the factory and told me they'd call me if they got anything in similar to what I was looking for). The customer service was excellent. They were not pushy, but they did call and kept in good contact with me throughout my car-buying experience. When I went to pick up the car, Mark helped me. He went through all of the features and explained what each of the buttons did, which was very nice, I didn't have to try to figure out the synch system on my own. I am very happy with the vehicle and the service I received at 5 Star Ford. Thank you! More

I swore I would never own a Ford car but have since decided to give Ford a chance after the federal bailout for all the other American made car dealers. Ford was NOT included in that bailout because they are obviously a fiscally responsible corporation. My husband and I have purchased trucks from Terry Rich in the past so Terry knew of my feeling on Ford passenger cars. I am sure he was as surprised as I was that I made that call to him! Terry also knew that my past vehicles were Acuras and BMWs but he asked me to try out the Edge. I did and now I am the owner of the most comfortable vehicle I have ever owned. This was absolutely the best car buying experience that I have ever had. There was no pressure sales, no lies, no games; everything was quick and EASY. Everyone that we talked to was very polite and very helpful. I WOULD and HAVE recommended this dealership to friends and family. We did not get mugged when we drove into the parking lot. The sales men were definitely available and not pushy. The sales men asked if we were already working with someone, so there was no cut throat attitude. It felt like everyone was there just for us, with the attitude that they were going to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. I had called first and talked to Lee Clanton on the phone and he took the time to find out what I was looking for and helped me find the best vehicle for us; and gave me alot of information, so I knew walking in the door what to expect. The price, interest rate and payments were very clear and straightforward, with no games. We did not have to go through the dreaded back and forth routine. We had very limited wait time, maybe 2 minutes. Our new vehicle was ready when we were through with the paperwork which only took a few minutes to sign everything. There are no words for how wonderful this experience was. We will definitely be going back to Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills for all of our future vehicle buying.
