He was very thorough on advising us on all of our options, and went out of his way to secure the deal that we were looking for. We ended up picking out a brand new CR-V. On Lee's recommendation, we filled out the paperwork on Roush's website the night before our appointment. This made the whole process a lot smoother day of. Lee had everything prepped and ready to go. The showroom is expansive and clean, with complimentary coffee and free WiFi. Everyone we interacted with on the floor and in the office treated us with kindness and appreciation.
