I have always had a positive experience dealing with the staff at Roush, and this purchase was no exception. From start to finish, Lee and his manager John Newton were a real pleasure to work with. Lee kept me informed every step of the way as to the status of the CR-V, which was being built in Canada. When it arrived, Lee was very conscientious is explaining all the intricacies of the electronics of this model, something which was new to me and my wife. My previous 2005 CR-V had none to speak of. He has checked in numerous times since the purchase to see how things were going. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new car to contact Lee. Let us test drive the vehicle and even recommended a particular route to drive that would best demonstrate how well this model of car handles. He explained all the features and options and how everything works. When he finished running the numbers and presented the deal to us, we were ecstatic! Wow! What a great deal, and because of what we saved we were able to get the other options we wanted. Picked up our new car on Tuesday April 5th. We love it and the amazing folks at Roush Honda. Excellent Experience We have bought a number of cars from Roush Honda. This was our first time using the COSTCO automobile incentive. After filing out a quick on line for We have bought a number of cars from Roush Honda. This was our first time using the COSTCO automobile incentive. After filing out a quick on line form Roush got back to me quickly. I went in to the dealership and first met with Elise the COSTCO contact. She introduced me to my salesman, Lee Cohen. Lee did a great job understanding exactly what I wanted. I was able to do a test drive immediately. I was given quotes on two versions of the Accord I was interested in. I came back the next day and met with Lee to finalize my purchase. I was able to drive my new car home later in the day after Lee gave me an in depth overview of all of the features of my new car. My new purchase was made within 48 hrs from beginning to end. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
