I don't know what else we would have asked of him. Will, likewise, explained what had changed in financing and protection plans. He was able to help us understand the options we had without making us feel pressured. We didn't have to talk with any management to make our deal. Lee and Will handled everything. We had purchased a couple of vehicles from Roush and then skipped them for one and we are glad to see they are just as professional as before. Maybe they are even better. More

I wanted a very specific Pilot model trim and color and although they didn't have want I wanted already on hand, they found the exact vehicle I wanted in less than a week and kept me updated just about every day. Lee had everything ready for me when I arrived to pick up my new Pilot and then spent a lot of time going over every feature to be sure I understood how to operate all the new tech features. It took less than 20 minutes to go over all the paperwork and wrap up the sale due to their extremely efficient finance dept. Casey was simply awesome. My last auto purchase at another dealer was a protracted nightmare, so I couldn't believe how friendly, knowledgeable and efficient every single person was at the Roush dealership. Purchase of a 2016 Honda Odyssey For months, in 2015, my husband had been visiting the Roush Honda and looking at vehicles, making notes and all that goes with choosing a vehicle. I For months, in 2015, my husband had been visiting the Roush Honda and looking at vehicles, making notes and all that goes with choosing a vehicle. I was with him at most of those times. Finally, on December 30, 2015 we took that big step. Fred was well acquainted with Lee Cohen, for Lee had answered most of those previous questions. On December 30, 2015 we were introduced to Shawn Risner and completed the paper work, asked more questions, and drove away in our new 2016 Honda Odyssey. Shawn was very personable, and was just the right person to help us. We felt at home with this man, and he remains a friend to this day. Thanks, Shawn. Lee gave us a walk through of the Odyssey dash board - so much to learn. Very patient and a great person to do the final show-and-tell and to patiently answer all those prior questions. He was very knowledgeable and patient through the process as I was in no hurry to purchase and wanted to also research other manufacture's makes and models. It turns up I ended up deciding on the CRV because of not only the value but the way I was treated (mostly by Lee) and not pressured at all into purchasing. lastly, I was not very familiar with the leasing option and this was explained to me thoroughly, by both Lee and Rich.
