Worked with Lee Cohen, went through the Civic, CRV, HRV and finally ended up with the Accord. Closest thing to my CTS at a fantastic rate. No haggling involved with Costsco rates and we were completely satisfied with the service provided. Will definitely recommend for people we know that will be looking for cars. More

Great Team Selling Effort I had to make a quick car purchase before the new year -with the holidays I was very pressed for time. I told Lee Cohen what I was looking for....and he was quickly able to give me a car that matched what I needed -with pricing that was very competitive. I came back unannounced the next day to test drive the car -Lee was out....but another sales associate -Bill Seibert -was very helpful in getting me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in...and when I asked -also quickly setup a test drive for a vehicle with additional features. The car I chose was an upgrade -and they were quickly able to get me great pricing. Close process was a breeze....typical additional warranties/coatings were offered and explained -but not hard sold. After the sale was finalized -Lee Cohen went through in detail features of the car -with special attention to the electronic systems -which are pretty amazing -but which I likely would have not been able to use if not thoroughly demonstrated. The whole atmosphere was very friendly and very comfortable (no pushy salesmen). Lee was straight up with everything that was on the table, he would let us see all the numbers and figures, and nothing was hidden from us. Lee even helped us go through the lot and find various color choices to see what best fit us. After a long patient day, Lee had finally found a a 2015 Honda CR-V that couldn't be any more perfect. I would completely recommend Roush and would recommend Lee any day. You guys really know how to keep people happy and get them in the best vehicle with out pushing them away. He was quick to respond and was efficient when we met (first to review the offer and the car and a second time to sign the paperwork and pick up the car). He knows the product inside and out and is a professional. He will not waste your time. I will use Lee again. Mike in finance was a help also. Easy Purchase I had narrowed my search to three cars, and submitted for quotes through the Costco program. For the CR-V, I was referred to Roush Honda. I was contacted by email and phone, and arranged to meet DeAnna Thompson at the dealership. DeAnna referred us to Lee Cohen who arranged for a test drive and patiently answered all our questions. Lee was very helpful with none of the high pressure salesman stuff that people hate. He helped us narrow down our options and pick a favorite. It was good to hear that Roush had it in stock. The next day we decided to come back and take a second look. Lee was there when it was convenient for us, and again answered our latest questions. We decided to move forward and close the deal, and again Lee was there that night and spent an hour with us going over the features of the car, synching my phone to the car, and generally getting us off on the right foot. I appreciated very much that the dealership did not play any games, no surprise charges or high pressure sales tactics. Lee was helpful, honest and professional throughout and I would refer friends to him and the dealership without hesitation. More

I went to several other dealerships to test drive and discuss leasing options; Honda blew them all out of the water. The icing on the cake and what sealed the deal for me was my interaction with my sales person. A huge thank you to Lee Cohen for all his knowledge and patience he gave me. He worked diligently with me (and my husband) to cover each question and concern I had. He didn't BS me and let me tell you he knows his stuff. He didn't even flinch when I changed my mind at the last minute regarding which car I wanted. He was personable and obviously loves what he does. I mean he would have to to deal with people like me;) He did what he said he would and more -- just a wonderful experience and of course my car is a dream to drive. This was the BEST experience I have EVER had leasing/buying a new car. I will be leasing from them again in another few years . . see you then Lee!! More
