We were promptly greeted by a receptionist and asked if we'd like to speak with We entered Roush Honda on a whim, looking for information on new cars. We were promptly greeted by a receptionist and asked if we'd like to speak with a salesman. We replied, yes, and were introduced to Lee Cohen. Lee was able to quickly gauge our preferences and interests. After asking about which models we were interested in, he allowed us to take a couple test drives and upon our return provided us with information about some of the supply issues Honda was currently experiencing with their HRV model and that if we were looking for a new vehicle within a short period of time, the CRV, the other model we were interested in, would be the better bet. Lee was very friendly and never made us feel pressured into a purchase - he provided us with the appropriate information needed to make a purchase decision, but kept the whole process easy going and friendly. He was also very flexible, not only with our schedules, but also with our trade-in value and sticker price of the vehicle, making the purchase that much easier. Even Will in finance made the process easy and friendly, a portion of car buying that many people loathe. Overall, the people at Roush Honda make the dealership a great environment for buying a car. I would highly recommend not only Roush Honda, but also Lee Cohen for all of your car buying needs! More
