Lee Diamond was incredibly helpful in the ordering process, being very clear about the time lines and uncertainty these days, then making sure I got my car as quickly as possible. The most surprising part came after I bought the car. I needed some documentation for a mortgage I was getting and it was so soon after I got the car that it was very difficult to get -- not any fault of Lee, Honda, or Herb Chambers, just my bad timing. Lee was persistent and managed to get exactly what I needed in time with very little warning. To be clear, I'd already bought the car, so this was not part of selling it to me. I'm very grateful for his help! More

I Came today for oil change and the people in the back didn't do a good job.
